Tangential Whirl, Full Cone Spray Nozzle
5 psi - 498 gpm
0.3 bar - 1884.9 L/min
A full cone spray pattern, with even distribution in the spray area. Creates a spray of medium-sized droplets that decreases spray drift and carryover. The tangential configuration makes larger nozzle-to-target heights possible while limiting the height of the piping over the target area. Typical applications include area distribution, such as over-packing and spraying around the outer edge of a scrubber to minimize the proportion of the spray that makes contact with the wall. FGD - Flue Gas Desulphurization Nozzles Absorber Nozzles Silicon Carbide Nozzles Deliver atomized slurry into the tower section. The BETE TSC series is a tangential-inlet design with specific features in the closed end of the whirl chamber that deflect some of the sprays into the center of the pattern, creating a full cone effect. Other materials and custom designs are made possible by BETE's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Greenfield, MA. An on-site investment foundry and a full range of CNC machines allow a level of flexibility unmatched in the nozzle industry. The BETE Difference BETE's mission goes beyond just selling spray nozzles: it is to provide engineered spraying solutions that exceed customer expectations in every detail. Extensive in-house capabilities, including CAD design and rapid prototyping, investment casting, welding, and spray testing, make it possible to offer the highest level of quality throughout every phase of production.
