A common problem in the spray dry industry is post nozzle drip which causes scorched particles that compromise product quality. The Drip-Pro Check Valve improves flow, reduces pressure loss and blockage, and prevents scorched particle contamination. The Drip-Pro Check Valve body fits inside the Twist & Dry TD/TD-K carrier.
The check valve allows fluid (liquid or gas) to flow in only one direction. It will open at a minimum pressure preventing inconsistent start-up flow and reseal upon shut-down to prevent the unwanted drips that often lead to scorched particles and product contamination.
