Traditionally, tank cleaning machines are mounted vertically inside, limiting the direction of the spray pattern from reaching the bulkhead areas where bacteria cultivate. The New Tank Cleaning Mounting Adapter positions the tank cleaning machine horizontally to optimize the spray pattern’s direction to clean bulkheads repeatedly with 360° spray coverage.
The mounting adapter is compatible with BETE’s powerful high-impact HydroWhirl® Orbitor tank cleaning machines in 1 ½” NPT and BSP connection sizes. Combining the accessory and nozzle reduces cleaning cycle times by up to 50% in tanker trucks and railcars.
The Tank Cleaning Mounting Adapter is made from 316 Stainless Steel, which is FDA-compliant and suitable for food and beverage applications.
