Pressure-fed, Internal Mix, High Flow Nozzle: BETE SpiralAir 103

https://youtu.be/-mBuqhCl9Zw

Pressure-fed, internal mix, narrow angle, high flow Evenly distributed, finely atomized full cone sprays available in a range of spray angles. The narrow pattern is typically used for gas cooling in smaller ducts or penetration into a fast-moving gas stream. The BETE SpiralAir™ (SA) nozzle is ideal for gas cooling. The fine droplet size produced facilitates fast water evaporation. It has a unique three-stage process that uses atomizing air more efficiently than conventional designs. This process results in better atomization at high liquid flow rates with lower air consumption and lower operating costs. Standard and custom lance designs are available for any application, with standard wear parts constructed from an abrasion-resistant Cobalt alloy. The SpiralAir™ covers a wide range of water and air flow rates which allows precise control of gas temperature during fluctuations in load. Design Features * A two-fluid nozzle using any gas as the atomizing fluid * Three-stage process that uses atomizing air more efficiently than conventional designs * Two-phase atomization for highest performance * Designed for high reliability in extremely hostile environments * Efficient design reduces compressed air consumption * Standard and custom lance designs are available for any application * U.S. Patent #5,240,183 Spray Patterns: Full Cone and Flat Fan Spray Angles: 20° to 90° (Other angles available by special order) Flow rates: 0.33 to 57 gpm (2.0 to 216 L/min) For more information, please visit: https://www.bete.com/products/sa.html Other materials and custom designs are made possible by BETE's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Greenfield, MA.
