Pressure-fed, internal mix, narrow-angle, high flow

Evenly distributed, finely atomized full cone sprays are available in various spray angles. The narrow pattern is typically used for gas cooling in smaller ducts or penetration into a fast-moving gas stream. The BETE SpiralAir™ (SA) nozzle is ideal for gas cooling. The fine droplet size produced facilitates fast water evaporation. It has a unique three-stage process that uses atomizing air more efficiently than conventional designs. This process results in better atomization at high liquid flow rates with the lower air consumption and operating costs. Standard and custom lance designs are available for any application, with standard wear parts constructed from an abrasion-resistant Cobalt alloy. The SpiralAir™ covers a wide range of water and air flow rates which allows precise control of gas temperature during fluctuations in load.
