The New HydroWhirl Stinger is unlike conventional free-spinning nozzles and offers more design features for effective tank and equipment cleaning.
The bearing assembly is centered within the spray head for improved balance and spray propagation and can be installed to operate in any direction. A robust zirconium oxide material is used for the bearings, extends wear life, and reduces galling.
A unique patent-pending “Clean Pipe Thread” technology eliminates unhygienic surfaces by reducing contamination and bacteria growth and can be used for food and beverage applications. Higher flow rates are offered in a compact size that can accommodate a ¾” to 2” Tri-clamp opening.
The HydroWhirl Stinger is ideal for tanks up to 12 ft. in diameter, often used in the food, beverage, chemical, and personal care industries where superior cleaning with reduced cycle times and low water, energy, and chemical consumption are important considerations.
